See What We’ve Been Up To

1). The original roof design.

Had two 'dead valleys' in the front of the home. Multiple areas of the roof created a valley that had a zero slope at the bottom (dead valley). This design retains water and grit and debris, and it's potential for leaks.

2) We eliminated the two dead valleys by reframing the roof decking and creating better drainage.

3) We repaired rotten plywood decking areas and reinforced the valleys, the chimney and the vents and pipes with extra weatherproofing.

4) Lastly, we probably install the gutter system. Do not dam up debris on the roof. We install an extra large down spout to accommodate high volume flow during storms.

5) Our attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond drive our success.
